Annie Pfaff

Vice President & Residential Advisor

Hi, I’m Annie! With a background in marketing, public relations, and a deep passion for building community, I’m proud to serve as a REALTOR®  in the MetroWest and Greater Boston areas. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Marketing & International Business from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH which laid the groundwork for my career in both corporate and non-profit sectors, including a rewarding five-year role at Harvard University. After a decade of investing in and renovating historic properties in Massachusetts, I discovered my true calling in real estate.

In 2017, I found my dream renovation project in Southborough: the historic J. Lowell House, a c. 1850 Greek Revival home with an attached barn that once served as a recording studio for celebrated musicians in the 1970s. Along with my husband, Andrew (a Southborough native), we restored and preserved this iconic piece of local history. This experience solidified my passion for real estate and inspired me to turn my focus to helping others buy and sell homes in our community.

Before joining Advisors Living, I began my real estate career at a small, independent brokerage in Southborough. There, I worked as a Residential Advisor and briefly as the Director of Marketing & Operations. My background in marketing, combined with my experience in event planning and fundraising at St. Mark’s School, gives me a unique skill set that allows me to bring creative solutions to my clients’ real estate needs.

As a real estate agent, I’m committed to exceeding expectations, solving problems creatively, and fostering strong relationships—traits I believe are key to success in this field.

Community Involvement and Interests

When I’m not working with clients, I’m deeply involved in my community. I’m a mom to my three-year-old daughter, Dottie, and I serve as the Communications Chair and Website Coordinator for Southborough Kindergroup, our local non-profit parents' group. I also serve on the Southborough Historical Commission, to which I’ve been elected Vice Chair and Treasurer, helping preserve my town’s rich history.

I’m an avid lover of pickleball and tennis (I was a Division 1 scholarship player at Xavier) and I stay active as a member of the Westborough Tennis & Swim Club.

Additionally, I’m the founding member and lead administrator of the Southborough Book Club, a group of over 300 members that has been meeting monthly for seven years.

Whether you're buying, selling, or just exploring the market, I’d love to help you with your real estate goals. Let’s connect!
