Annie’s distinguished career in marketing and public relations, as well as her marketing education from Xavier University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business, affords her a strong edge in today’s residential real estate environment. After working in Corporate America as well as the non-profit sector, including a five-year stint at Harvard University, her journey to becoming a local real estate expert began after a decade of investing in and renovating historical properties in Massachusetts.
In 2017, Annie found her dream project in the town of Southborough where she and her husband Andrew, who is a Southborough native, were able to preserve and restore an important piece of Southborough’s history. Their iconic 1850’s revival home and attached barn served as the home to renowned Aengus Enterprises, a recording studio in the early to mid 70’s, and welcomed numerous acclaimed performers and many of New England’s greatest musicians.
A passionate lover of antique homes, Annie currently serves on Southborough’s Historical Commission and the Community Preservation Committee. Most recently, Annie worked in the Advancement Office at St. Mark’s School overseeing local and national events, fundraising programs, and alumni engagement.
As an Ohio native, Annie’s unique blend of Midwest charm and New England pragmatism now serve her well in her role as a real estate agent. In 2020, Annie joined the top-producing real estate firm, Ginny Martins & Associates. Annie is a high-achiever and thrives on creative problem solving, exceeding expectations, and cultivating relationships, the most important traits of a successful Realtor®️.
