Annie Pfaff

Annie Pfaff

Vice President & Residential Advisor

Annie’s distinguished career in marketing and public relations, as well as her marketing education from Xavier University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & International Business, affords her a strong edge in today’s residential real estate environment. After working in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, including a five-year stint at Harvard University, her journey to becoming a local real estate expert began after a decade of investing in and renovating historical properties in Greater Boston and the MetroWest area.

In 2017, Annie found her dream renovation project in the town of Southborough where she and her husband Andrew, who is a Southborough native, were able to preserve and restore an important piece of Southborough’s history. Their iconic c. 1850 Greek revival home and attached barn, historically known as the J. Lowell House, served as the headquarters for renowned Aengus Enterprises, a recording studio in the early-to-mid 70s that welcomed numerous acclaimed performers and many of New England’s greatest musicians.

Prior to joining Advisors Living, Annie started her career in real estate at a small Southborough-based independent brokerage where she served as a Residential Advisor and, for a period, the firm's Director of Marketing & Operations. Before finding her passion in real estate, Annie worked in the Advancement Office at St. Mark’s School overseeing local and national events, fundraising programs, and alumni and parent engagement. As an Ohio native, Annie’s unique blend of Midwest charm and New England pragmatism now serve her well in her role as a real estate agent. Annie is a high-achiever and thrives on creative problem solving, exceeding expectations, and cultivating relationships - the most important traits of a successful REALTOR®ļø.

A passionate lover of antique homes, Annie has been appointed by the Town's Select Board to serve on the Southborough Historical Commission and was elected by fellow commissioners as the Vice Chair and Treasurer.

When she's not assisting seller or buyer clients, Annie enjoys playing tennis and pickleball as an active member of the Westborough Tennis & Swim Club.
