With our new house secured, Annie helped us act quickly so that we could identify and complete all preparations to put our old home on the market within 2 weeks! She was thoughtful in her recommendations, provided staging decor and even offered to help us with physical labor (which we appreciated but refused!) She put together our offer very strategically and in a timely manner, always making sure we as buyers were protected and taken care of. When our offer got accepted she introduced us to everyone who ended up being part of our team (lawyers, brokers, insurance agents, home inspectors, you name it!) and honestly we could not have asked for a better team of professionals. We needed the closing date to move a little quicker because we had travel plans coming up (literally the day after the closing date) and needed at least a day or two to make our move to the house.
